How do I purchase a seat for a class?
You will need to purchase a seat online. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance as one may not be available at the door.
What if I purchase a seat for a class, but am unable to attend?
In the event that you are unable to attend a class and need to cancel, you must cancel 5 days prior to the event to receive a refund or transfer credit. No refunds or transfers will be made the day of the event or after the event has started for any reason. However, you are always welcome to offer your seat to a family member or friend if you are unable to attend. We ask that you please notify us ahead of time via e-mail.
When might Create Flow Buffalo cancel an event?
Create Flow Buffalo may cancel/reschedule an event due to extreme weather conditions, in the case of an emergency, or low class attendance. We will do our best to reschedule the class for the same time, day of the week, and venue. If you are unable to make the rescheduled date, you will be given the option of a class credit or refund. Once you have rescheduled, our cancellation policy will apply to the new date.
*While we do understand and appreciate that participants may travel from all over to attend our classes, weather related cancellations are made based on the location of the event. We are located in Erie County.
How old do I have to be to attend a class?
This will vary from class to class depending on venue policy, type of class, and age set by the instructor. Age restrictions are noted in each class description.
Can I bring alcohol (beer, wine, etc.) to an event?
No- our classes are held at partner venues which do not allow outside food or drink unless otherwise noted. However, you are more than welcome to purchase food or drink from our partner venue!
