Hello there! I’m Jen, the face behind Create Flow Buffalo. I am a mama of two littles under the age of 4 and a wife of 6 years to my amazingly supportive husband. Our home is full of love AND paint, yarn, plants, glitter etc. etc. etc.  

Art and crafting has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. For me, making something with my own two hands gives me such a sense of joy and accomplishment. I also find creating to be incredibly therapeutic. When I am in creation, I feel calm, at ease, and completely lost in a state of flow. 

You may be wondering, do I have a formal art degree? No, I do not. I actually have a background in education with years of experience teaching both kids and adults. I love breaking things down into simple, teachable steps. My artistic skills were developed through a combination of taking classes, self teaching, and practice over the years. I dabble in all sorts of creative projects to continue to develop my skill set- yes, my basement looks like a craft supply store.

Guiding others through the creative process is so fulfilling. My intention here is to inspire and empower you to create to find your flow!
